How are these  releated?? I’ll tell you. Andhra people can’t forget Nagarjuna’s Manmadhudu directed by Vijaya Bhaskar and written by Trivikram Srinivas. The comedy scenes in that movie are still enjoyable on TV. Manmadhudu was remade into Kannada as Aishwarya and the same movie is now coming into telugu as Kantri Mogudu. Producers are trying to cash on Deepika Padukone who is the hot favourite of the masses.

Let’s see how this new Manmadhudu fares at the box office??

Sukumar, who had directed Arya, Jagadam and Arya 2 is planning to direct a romantic entertainer and the story was narrated to Naga Chaitanya and impressed him. Moreover, popular producer Allu Aravind had come forward to produce the film on the banner of Gita Arts. The same subject was planned with Varun Sandesh and Tamanna initially. But due to budget limitations, Sukumar dropped Varun Sandesh and approched Naga Chaitanya.

Actress Charmi lodged a complaint with the Movie Artistes’ Association (MAA) contending that producer Yalamanchi Ravichand had been harassing her for the last few months, by way of making obscene phone calls at odd hours and passing on lewd comments at her.

Charmi acted in the unreleased film titled Mayagadu, opposite hero Venu, and the film is produced by Ravichand. The heroine was roped in for the project, when she regained her lost ground in the industry with her hit film Mantra. Though the film was completet two years back, it could not release due to no buyers.

In this backdrop, Ravichand too lodged a complaint with the Telugu Film Producers Council, saying that Charmi had not accepted to be part of the promotional work for the film, which did exist in the agreement. “As I suffered huge losses due to non-release of the film, I approached the actress with a request to participate in the promotional work, but she denied.”

He also said that Charmi had subjected him to mental harassment by forcing him to spend huge amounts for her luxuries during the abroad shooting. “She also took huge amounts in the name of purchasing costumes, but she used her own costumes. On several occasions, she came to the sets very much delayed, leading to financial losses,” he said.

It may be noted here that four years ago, a producer Lokesh Dutt too launched a complaint against Charmi for not honoring the call sheets, by feigning neck pain. Later, the issue was solved in the coordination meeting, which found fault with the actress.

If industry sources are to be believed, it’s true. Due to dates problems, Trisha is moving out of Don Seenu. Shriya is going to replace Trisha. Trisha previously acted in Bageeradha with Ravi Teja which was a disaster. There are lot of expectations on this movie.  Her recent Tamil Film Kutty which was a remake of Arya is a reasonable hit in Tamil Nadu. Currently she is working in a Hindi Movie.

Nag Chaitanya’s second film Ye Maya Chesave is released and getting mixed response, Meanwhile, the stage is set for the launch of his third film under the direction of newcomer Ajay Bhuyan, who was associated with Suresh Productions and Venkatesh in the past.

Kamakshi Kala Movies, the banner which has produced Nagarjuna’s Kedi, is producing the movie. D Siva Prasad Reddy’s 25th year in the industry is market by these two releases, one of which has already been released, while the second one will go on the sets in March.

The director is currently touring the US to select the locations. The regular schedule will begin in the month of April.

In a press release, Mr. Reddy said, “We are happy to announce a film with Nag Chaitanya in our silver jubilee year. We are introducing Ajay Bhuyan as the director with this one.”

Cinematography is by VS Gnanasekhar. The rest of the star cast and technical crew are yet to be announced. The film will boast of high technical values.

Jagapathi Babu, Priyamani latest movie Sadhyam is getting released tomorrow. The film stars Jagapati babu and Priyamani in the lead roles. They are pairing up third time for a film after their success in movies like Pellaina Kothallo and Pravarakhyudu.

Karthikeya Gopala Krishna is the director of the movie. It also has Keerthi Chawla playing a key role. Thanikella Bharani, Kota Srinivasa Rao, Madhumani and Pragathi are also a part of the cast. Produced by Kumar Brothers, the story is said to be an interesting one. Chinni Charan has scored the music.
